Regulatory Compliance: File statutory remittances and tax reports with government authorities on time.

Core HR Responsibilities in Payroll
Attendance and Leave Tracking: Record work hours, approved leaves, and unpaid absences (Loss of Pay) to feed into payroll.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate current hire data setup and final settlements for departing staff.
Policy Management: Establish compensation structures, bonus frameworks, and employee benefit programs.
