Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as per the service schedule.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and transmission faults.
Service diesel, LPG, and electric forklifts.
Inspect brakes, steering, mast, chains, forks, tyres, batteries, motors, and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits, controllers, sensors, and wiring.
Replace defective parts and components.
Conduct breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance records.
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and safety requirements.
Maintain service tools and workshop equipment.
Coordinate with the spare parts department for required components.
Provide technical guidance to forklift operators regarding protected equipment operation.




Follow company SOPs and safety regulations during servicing and repairs.

Required Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Diesel Mechanic.
Certification in forklift or material handling equipment maintenance is an advantage.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or automobile service.
Experience with electric, diesel, and LPG forklifts preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
