Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse (GNM) with 2–3 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have sound nursing knowledge, good patient-care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to patients according to established clinical protocols.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and patient examinations.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and post-care instructions.




Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare specialists to ensure effective patient care.
Maintain nursing equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the patient-care area.
Respond promptly to patient emergencies and follow hospital protocols.

Eligibility Criteria
GNM qualification from a recognized nursing institution.
2–3 years of relevant nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
Valid nursing council registration.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including rotational shifts, if required.
A caring, responsible, and professional attitude toward patients.
