Cover all product families (woven, welded, wire screens, perforated sheets, expanded metal, chain link) and their uses by industry.
Arrange factory floor exposure at the Coimbatore factory with Production and Quality.
Build and update the product manual, product tests (pass mark 80%) and a bank of real enquiries for quote practice.
Run the product test and record scores in ERPNext.
Run product refreshers for existing sales staff across the 5 branches.
Support the Sales Training Manager with role play scenarios, spec-to-quote practice and Selection Day.
Report test results and weak topics after each batch, so teaching improves.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
