Job Title: Resort Manager / Site Caretaker – Resort Under Construction, Kuttikkanam

Job Description:
Oversee and monitor the day-to-day construction activities of a resort in Kuttikkanam.
Supervise in office work and coordinate with contractors, workers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
Monitor construction quality, timelines, and adherence to project plans.
Maintain daily records of work completed, materials received, labour attendance, and site expenses.
Ensure proper utilisation and protected storage of construction materials and equipment.
Report work progress, delays, material requirements, and site-related issues to the owner or management.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and security of the property.
Coordinate maintenance, security,



and general caretaking activities throughout the construction phase.
Act as the primary point of contact for the owner, overseeing the property and ensuring accountability for all in office activities.
Assist in preparing the property for operational readiness upon completion of construction.
