Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day department operations.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
Develop and implement operational strategies and business plans.
Monitor team productivity and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training.
Manage budgets, resources, and departmental expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Handle escalated customer, client, or employee concerns professionally.
Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
