Job responsibilities
Manage key customer accounts for customs clearance and logistics services.
Coordinate import and export customs clearance at ports, airports, and ICDs.
Ensure accurate preparation and submission of shipping bills, bills of entry, invoices, packing lists, and other customs documents.
Coordinate with customs officials, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal operations teams.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and documentation discrepancies.
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and maintain customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to increase business from existing accounts and acquire recent customers.
Track billing, outstanding payments, profitability,



and account performance.
Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and procedures.

Required qualifications and skills
Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain qualifications are advantageous.
Experience in CHA, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.
Knowledge of Indian customs procedures, ICEGATE, Bills of Entry, and Shipping Bills.
Robust communication, coordination, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
