Job Summary:

The Network & Desktop Support Executive is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop systems, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations by providing technical support to end users and maintaining network connectivity and security.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity problems.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Install antivirus software and ensure endpoint security updates are applied.




Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, and data backups.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT engineers or vendors when required.
Support video conferencing systems and email client configuration.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection guidelines.
Respond to user support requests within defined service levels (SLA).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco CCNA are an added advantage.
