We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to design, coordinate and execute the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for our projects, keeping every space protected, effective and within building codes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and review heating/cooling (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems.
Prepare MEP drawings, layouts, schematics and shop drawings.
Calculate heat load, electrical load, water demand and drainage sizes.
Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), technical specifications and cost estimates.
Work with architects, interior designers and structural teams to fix any clashes between services.
Supervise installation, testing and commissioning on site.
Review vendor submittals and make sure work meets NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA and IS standards.
Track quality, safety and progress, and prepare site reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
