Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for communication, a pleasant phone etiquette, and a genuine interest in building relationships with potential clients. This role primarily involves making cold calls and following up with leads to create recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries.
Contacting potential customers through phone calls.
Explaining basic business opportunities.
Generating customer leads.
Scheduling appointments for Relationship Managers.
Following up with interested customers.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification:



Degree or Diploma in any field.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Comfortable with making cold calls.
Polite, patient, and professional phone etiquette.
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work setting.
Basic computer literacy is a plus.
