Job Title: Storekeeper (Candidates from STP/WTP/Water Treatment need to apply)
Location: Mumbai
Educational Qualification -Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
Certification in Material Management or Store Management will be an added advantage.
Experience- 5 – 8 years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure / STP / WTP / EPC / Industrial Projects

Reporting To: Procurement Manager / Project Manager

Sstore Operations Management
Manage day-to-day store activities including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials to avoid damage or loss.
Maintain systematic arrangement of materials for easy identification and tracking.
Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
Gather the requirement from site from time to time and fulfill with in time frame.

Inventory & Stock Control
Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and material tracking systems.
Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Prepare stock statements and inventory reconciliation reports.





Material Handling & Documentation
Verify material quantity and quality during receipt as per purchase orders and challans.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, and material transfer records.
Maintain records of material consumption and balance stock.
Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.

Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, vendors, and project teams regarding material requirements.
Ensure timely availability of materials for project execution.
Follow up for pending deliveries and material shortages.

Reporting
Update inventory data and maintain MIS reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.
Track material utilization and support cost control activities.

Safety & Compliance
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices within the store area.
Maintain compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.
Ensure secure handling and storage of hazardous or sensitive materials.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
