Experience: 10–15 Years (Minimum 5–8 Years in a Managerial Role)

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Minimize equipment breakdowns and improve machinery reliability.
Lead and supervise maintenance teams.
Ensure safety, statutory compliance, and proper documentation.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and vendor coordination.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utilities maintenance.
