Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a solid background in manufacturing and B2B sales. The candidate should have experience in developing current business, handling key clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and generate sales.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and recent clients.
Handle B2B sales, client meetings, and negotiations.
Identify new markets and expand the customer base.
Achieve sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, polymers, or plastics.
Strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.




Experience in handling industrial clients and achieving sales targets.
Candidates from plastic or polymer manufacturing will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
