Job Title: General Manager (GM) – Construction

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our construction projects and teams, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple construction projects from start to completion.
Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, and RA bills.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Maintain quality standards and site safety.
Lead project managers, engineers, and site staff.
Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.

Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
15 plus years of experience in construction.
Experience in large residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Valuable knowledge of project planning, costing, contracts, and budgeting.
Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, and ERP software.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month(Negotiable)

Work Location: In office (Ernakulam)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
