Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Stewards (KST) to join our kitchen operations team. The ideal candidates should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced restaurant environment and maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery and workstations.
Handle dishwashing and ensure all kitchen items are cleaned and ready for service.
Maintain cleanliness across kitchen floors, storage areas and washing stations.
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and operational requirements.




Ensure proper waste disposal and follow hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the stewarding area.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef and kitchen management.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or commercial kitchen preferred.
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Physically fit and comfortable with extended periods of standing.
Punctual, disciplined and a team player.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
