Required Skills & Responsibilities
Knowledge of industrial safety practices and applicable factory safety regulations.
Positive observation and problem-solving skills.
Communication and training skills.
Ability to prepare safety reports and maintain documentation.
Knowledge of fire safety, PPE, emergency response, and accident prevention
Reduction in workplace accidents and near misses.
Timely completion of safety inspections and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with factory safety rules, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections of the plant, machinery, equipment, and workplace.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contract workers.




Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
Monitor fire safety systems, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and emergency preparedness.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
Experience in safety inspections, risk assessment, accident investigation, and employee safety training.

Qualification: BSc/ ADIS /diploma in fire and safety etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
