We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer to build solid customer relationships, handle enquiries, generate sales leads, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers through calls and direct interactions.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain customer information, call records, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Any degree or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in sales and telecalling is required.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to follow up with customers and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
