We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and service-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for managing patient relations, assisting patients and visitors, coordinating with hospital departments, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a patient-focused attitude, and the ability to handle enquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements
PG
1 to 3 YEARS of expierence in health care industry prefered.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting and handle patients and visitors with patience and empathy.
Good customer service, problem-solving, and coordination skills
