Role: Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.
Skills Required: Valuable communication, convincing and negotiation skills, customer-handling ability, target-oriented approach, and basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
