Job Description – Payment Follow-Up Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and confident Payment Follow-Up Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups, outstanding collections, and payment coordination. The candidate should have positive communication and follow-up skills and be comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments through phone calls.
Maintain records of outstanding payments and customer follow-up status.
Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, and Operations teams regarding payment-related matters.
Update payment commitments, collection status, and follow-up remarks regularly.
Send payment reminders and ensure timely follow-up until payment is received.




Resolve basic customer queries related to invoices, outstanding amounts, and payment status.
Escalate delayed or disputed payments to the concerned department or management.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on pending payments and collections.
Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships during collection follow-ups.

Qualification & Skills
Qualification: Any Degree.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Solid follow-up and negotiation ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Ability to maintain accurate payment and customer records
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
