Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, billing, and taxation-related activities.

Candidates with experience in affiliate marketing, advertising, media, or any other industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain financial records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment entries.
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
Handle GST-related activities, including GST reconciliation and return coordination.
Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and return-related documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.




Maintain vendor and client accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for accounting-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of experience in accounting or finance.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and taxation.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger management.
Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks accurately.

Industry Preference
Candidates from affiliate marketing, digital advertising, media, or performance marketing will be preferred.
Candidates from other industries with relevant accounting experience are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
