Job Title: Site Supervisor – Electrical / Solar

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate solar and electrical works at project sites. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily solar installation and electrical works at project sites.
Coordinate and guide electricians, technicians, and workers.
Ensure work is completed properly according to project requirements.
Monitor installation of solar panels, inverter, cables, AC/DC systems, earthing, and related electrical works.
Check site materials and ensure proper usage.
Maintain daily work progress and report updates to the office/project team.
Coordinate with customers and the site team when required.
Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the work site.




Identify site-related issues and report them to the concerned engineer/office.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Eligibility:
Diploma / ITI / Electrical qualification preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply.*
Previous experience in solar/electrical site supervision is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical and solar systems is preferred.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
