Provide legal advice on direct and indirect tax matters, corporate laws, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices, affidavits, and legal opinions.
Represent clients before tax authorities, tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial bodies, where authorized.
Handle litigation relating to income tax, GST, company law, labor law, and other commercial matters.
Assist in legal due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and business restructuring assignments.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants on client matters requiring both legal and financial expertise.
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and judicial precedents, and provide timely updates to the team.
Respond to legal notices and prepare replies, appeals, petitions, and other legal filings.
Liaise with government departments, regulatory authorities, and external legal counsel as required.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure ethical legal practice.

Qualifications
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
