Job Summary

Recent Swan Group is looking for an HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a manufacturing facility. The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant-level and manufacturing positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and plant managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records.
Coordinate with plant HR and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.




Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities at the manufacturing facility.

Required Skills
Minimum 1+ year of HR experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Experience in plant-level hiring and manufacturing manpower recruitment.
Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 2 days are strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
