Provide technical support to clients and resolve reported issues.
Perform manual testing of software applications.
Identify, report, and track bugs and technical issues.
Test current features and verify bug fixes.
Prepare test cases and maintain testing documentation.
Coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
Monitor application performance and ensure smooth functionality.
Assist users with troubleshooting and provide timely support.
Maintain issue reports and update the status of support tickets.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of software testing and troubleshooting.
Understanding of manual testing and test cases.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an advantage.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
