We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive business growth through effective digital advertising strategies.

Job Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Manage paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, traffic, and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and reduce advertising costs.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.

Requirements




Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising platforms.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics is an advantage.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new tools, strategies, and marketing trends.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
