Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Monitor staff performance and ensure a seamless movie-going experience.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Officer/Duty Manager or in a supervisory or managerial role in the service industry.
Solid team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle operational challenges.
