Job Title: Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Wazirpur, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Working Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive with excellent English communication skills to manage customer interactions and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Generate sales, convert leads, and achieve sales targets.
Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Positive sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Experience in sales, telesales, CRM, or customer service preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
