Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated SMO Ads Executive with around 1 year of experience to manage and optimize paid social media campaigns and support social media marketing activities. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and a good understanding of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns according to campaign objectives and target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make necessary improvements.
Manage campaign budgets and work towards achieving better results and cost efficiency.
Conduct audience research and identify relevant targeting opportunities.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share key insights with the team.
Coordinate with the content and graphic design team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
Stay updated with the latest social media advertising trends, features, and best practices.





Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in SMO, Social Media Marketing, or Paid Social Media Advertising.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Basic understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, budgets, and ad performance metrics.
Positive analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
