Lead and drive sales for full-home interior projects. The ideal candidate has strong residential interior sales experience, excellent client-handling skills and the ability to lead a sales team toward consistent closures.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle and close full-home interior projects, from lead generation to final conversion.
Understand client requirements, budget, lifestyle and design preferences.
Conduct client meetings and present suitable interior solutions.
Drive sales of modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interiors.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions and the sales pipeline.
Support the team in negotiations and high-value closures.
Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth handover after closure.




Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Develop referral opportunities and maintain solid client relationships.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
5–8 years of experience in residential interior sales.
Experience with full-home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes or home improvement solutions.
Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
Robust negotiation, presentation and client-management skills.
Positive understanding of the interior design sales cycle.
Confident, target-oriented and proactive approach.
Strong follow-up and communication skills.
Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
