Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.

Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
Identify and connect with builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and infrastructure companies.
Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order confirmation.
Visit project sites and meet clients to understand their requirements.
Coordinate with estimation, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and enquiry records.

Required Skills:
2–5 years of experience in sales,



preferably in civil construction or precast concrete products.
Good understanding of civil engineering drawings and construction materials.
Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
