Job Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations of 3–4 IVF hospital branches and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Monitor and improve patient experience, service quality, and hospital standards across all branches.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counselors, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure each branch meets revenue targets, operational goals, and patient conversion rates.
Supervise branch managers and department heads and provide guidance for performance improvement.
Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and discipline across the cluster.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, legal regulations, and healthcare standards.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to patient flow, revenue, and operational performance.
Identify operational issues and implement strategies to improve efficiency and growth.
Conduct regular visits to all branches to monitor activities and provide support to staff.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration.
5+ years experience in hospital operations or healthcare management.
Robust leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple branches and teams effectively
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
