Key Responsibilities
Manage quality inspections from raw material receipt to final dispatch.
Establish product specifications, inspection checklists and quality standards.
Supervise and train the QC team; assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
Check dimensions, weight, finish, strength, functionality, branding and packaging against approved samples.
Identify defects, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate with production and suppliers to resolve quality issues and reduce rejection and rework.
Ensure inspection and testing instruments are maintained and calibrated.
Maintain inspection records, rejection reports and quality performance reports.
Handle customer quality complaints and verify corrective actions.
Hold non-conforming goods and approve finished goods for dispatch only after quality clearance.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
