We are looking for a IT Backend Support & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day backend operations, system support, and basic accounting-related activities.

The role involves supporting our POS, Order Management System, ERP system, and other software platforms, along with bank statement reconciliation and related backend accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide backend support for POS, Order Management System, ERP, and other business software.
Manage and maintain system data, backend entries, and user information.
Monitor and resolve basic system and software-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and software/service providers to resolve technical issues.
Perform accurate and timely data entry and system updates
Assist with daily administrative and office coordination activities.
Support staff with basic system and software-related queries.
Assist in managing system access, user accounts, and related administrative matters.
Assist management with system, operational, and administrative reports.
Perform other IT backend support and administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
