Job Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate new business through customer acquisition and business development.
Promote and market financial products, including Gold Loans.
Assist customers with loan applications, documentation and processing.
Handle customer enquiries and build strong customer relationships.
Support EMI collection follow-ups and recovery-related activities.
Assist in day-to-day branch operations and maintain accurate records.
Achieve assigned business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: Freshers Or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.




Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to undertake field activities and customer visits.
