Roles & Responsibilities:
Set up and install stamping tools and dies in press machines.
Perform tool setting, alignment, and adjustment activities.
Ensure proper die installation before starting production.
Adjust press machine settings according to production requirements.
Monitor the stamping process and ensure product quality.
Identify and rectify tool setting and die-related issues.
Perform trial runs after tool setting and verify output quality.
Coordinate with production and quality teams.
Ensure minimum tool changeover time and reduce production downtime.
Follow workplace safety procedures during tool setting activities.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of stamping tools and dies.
Experience in press shop operations.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of stamping tools and dies.
Inspect tools and dies regularly to identify wear and damage.
Carry out tool repair, servicing, and replacement activities.
Identify and troubleshoot tool-related problems during production.
Perform grinding, polishing, fitting, and adjustment of tools.
Maintain tools and dies to ensure proper functioning.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain tool maintenance records and reports.
Support tool modification and improvement activities.
Follow safety standards and maintain proper housekeeping in the tool room.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of tool and die maintenance.
Experience in press tools and stamping dies.
Knowledge of fitting, grinding, and polishing.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
