Laxmi and Associates, Chartered Accountants, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance, along with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations.
Assist with income tax returns, TDS/TCS compliance, and related documentation.
Maintain books of accounts and perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with ROC filings, annual returns, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare audit working papers, financial statements, and supporting documents.
Assist in responding to tax notices and assessment proceedings.
Coordinate with clients for documents, information, and compliance requirements.





Requirements
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, and auditing.
Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software is an advantage.
Valuable communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
