Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Refund & Retention Executive to handle refund requests, resolve parent escalations, and drive student retention by providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle refund requests and address parent/student concerns.
Understand reasons for cancellations and identify opportunities for student retention.
Convince and retain customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
Coordinate with academic, sales, and finance teams to resolve customer issues.
Handle escalations related to classes, teaching quality, and learning experience.
Maintain refund and retention trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve retention targets and minimize student dropouts.
Required Skills




Any graduate degree is mandatory.
6– 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Retention, Refund Management, or Customer Success.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in EdTech or customer-facing industries is preferred.
Positive knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to handle escalations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
