Job Description / Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from patients through venipuncture and other approved techniques.
Verify patient identity and prepare patients for blood collection.
Label, store, and transport blood samples properly to the laboratory.
Follow hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols during sample collection.
Maintain accurate patient records and sample collection details.
Handle blood collection equipment, needles, syringes, and vacutainer tubes safely.
Ensure proper disposal of used needles and biomedical waste.
Assist laboratory staff with sample processing and preparation when required.
Provide basic instructions and reassurance to patients before and after blood collection.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy area.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
