Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with field sales executives and Area Sales Managers.
Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
Maintain customer details and sales records.
Follow up on pending orders and customer payments.
Coordinate with accounts, dispatch and logistics departments.
Provide product information, pricing and sales support.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
Follow up for outstanding collections
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
