JOB DESCRIPTION – CDP & DCDP CHEF

Veedee Solutions LLP is Hiring!

Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) & Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Location: Andheri Airport, Mumbai
Cuisine: Indian & Continental
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality Indian and Continental dishes.
Manage daily kitchen operations and assigned food sections.
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Manage food inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with senior chefs and guide junior kitchen staff.
Ensure timely food preparation and smooth kitchen operations.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant,



airport kitchen, or hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine.
Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen setting.
Candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
