Job Description
The Vice Principal serves as the second-in-command, managing daily school operations, student discipline, and academic execution while supporting the Principal in strategic leadership.Key Responsibilities
Academics: Oversees timetables, lesson plans, exams, and teacher evaluations to maintain board standards.
Discipline & Welfare: Manages student behavior, attendance, safety protocols, and parent communication.
Operations: Coordinates daily teacher substitutions, handles administrative schedules, and stands in during the Principal's absence.
Staff Leadership: Assists with teacher onboarding, career development, and conflict resolution.
Key Requirements
Education:Master’s Degree (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.) paired with a B.Ed. or M.Ed.
Experience: 3–5+ years of leadership experience as an Academic Coordinator, Headmistress/Headmaster, or Senior Teacher.
Skills: Robust crisis management, administrative organization, and exceptional interpersonal communication.
Experience in CBSE 15 yrs +
