Position: Engineer Trainee
Experience: Freshers (0 years)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma B.E (Mechanical Related),
Location: Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Salary growth based on performance)
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyse vibration data from rotating equipment.
Assist senior engineers in In-Situ Dynamic Balancing activities.
Support equipment measurements, troubleshooting, and testing.
Prepare technical datasheets, service reports, and balancing reports.
Communicate with customers regarding technical clarifications and reports.
Maintain accurate measurement records and project documentation.
Follow customer-site safety procedures and company guidelines.
Travel to customer locations for project execution as required.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and rotating machinery.
Interest in learning Vibration Analysis,



Condition Monitoring, and Energetic Balancing.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF documentation.
Positive communication skills and willingness to learn.
Willingness to travel to customer and industrial sites.
