Job Description – Finishing Supervisor

Role: Finishing Supervisor
Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day finishing activities, including tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, plastering, false ceilings, and joinery.
Quality Control: Inspect work as per architectural drawings and quality standards, identify defects, and ensure timely snag rectification before flat handovers.
Contractor Coordination: Manage contractors, labour deployment, and daily work progress to achieve project timelines.
Material Management: Monitor finishing material requirements, maintain stock levels, raise material requisitions, and minimize wastage.
Progress Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)



and coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and interior designers.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to site safety procedures, construction standards, and quality requirements.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of residential finishing works and construction practices.
Experience in contractor and labour management.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and monitor work quality.
Valuable coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
