We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our MANUFACTURING BUSINESS drive high-ticket conversions, and elevate our client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom counter sales team to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive VIP client acquisition and build long-term relationships for high-value sales.
Oversee daily retail store operations, visual merchandising, and high-value inventory management.
Analyze sales trends, execute local marketing strategies, and design seasonal sales campaigns.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3–5+ years of sales management experience,



strictly within the fine jewelry, gold, or diamond sector.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of gemology, diamond grading, precious metals, and luxury consumer behavior.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, team leadership, and proficiency in contemporary CRM and jewelry POS software.Perks & Benefits:
Competitive base salary + high-earning performance bonuses.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Master's (Required)
