Position: Freelance HR Recruiter / Recruitment Partner
Work Mode: Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Hours

Role & Responsibilities:
Fulfil company job vacancies through recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Use personal contacts, skilled networks, WhatsApp groups, and referrals to find suitable candidates.
Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with HR.
Follow up with candidates until the selection process is completed.

Requirements:
Prior recruitment, placement consultancy, or HR experience preferred.
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Strong personal and qualified networks.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
