Supervise and coordinate all activities within the assigned outlet, ensuring seamless operations and maximum productivity
Monitor and manage service flow, maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety compliance at all times
Establish and maintain strong coordination with all departments to foster cooperation, enhance guest service, and achieve organizational objectives
Assist in planning and executing outlet operations, including food and beverage service, event organization,



and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory hygiene standards, and local regulations across all areas of the outlet
Lead and motivate the team to adhere to uniform and hygiene standards while delivering exceptional customer service
Manage outlet operations within agreed budgetary limits, analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for cost optimization
Organize and execute sales promotion events and food festivals to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure product availability
Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Communicate operational challenges and prospects to management transparently, escalating matters that affect organizational interests
Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational success
