Required a Suitable Candidate having 1 year of Experience HR & Finance officer for Sirhind office.
Position Title: Finance Manager / Financial Manager (IT knowledge Excel should be perfect)
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), or Managing Director
Supervises: Accountants, financial analysts, and junior finance team members
Core Objective: Protect financial assets, optimize cash flow, manage risk, and drive long-term profitability. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Prepare annual budgets, design financial forecasts, and conduct variance analysis against actual performance. [1, 2, 3]
Reporting & Accounting Oversight: Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, general ledger reconciliations, profit-and-loss (P&L;) statements, and balance sheets. [1, 2, 3]
Cash Flow & Investment Management: Monitor cash reserves, manage working capital, evaluate capital investment prospects, and forecast liquidity. [1, 2, 3]
Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, or regional statutory regulations,



and coordinate audits with external auditors and tax authorities. [1, 2, 3]
Strategic Advisory: Partner with department heads and senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable growth strategies. [1, 2, 3]

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). [1, 2, 3]
Certifications: CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA designations are highly preferred. [1, 2, 3]
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or accounting. [1, 2, 3]
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, ERP systems (such as NetSuite or SAP), and accounting software (like QuickBooks or Sage). [1, 2, 3]
Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, transparent communication to present complex data to non-finance leaders, attention to detail, and leadership ability. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
