Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support to clients The role involves addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth software operations for users. Roles & Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls / Make outgoing calls as per requirement
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and escalate issues to respective Point of Contact / in respective channel
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Follow up on customer calls where necessary




• Inbound Chat Support – Respond with empathy & professionalism
• Troubleshoot Issues – Make sure users get quick and transparent solutions Skills & Requirements
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in customer support setting with strong knowledge of customer service practices.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.
Com, BBA, or related field preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal & written) with ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Multilingual proficiency: English, Hindi and Gujarati.
• Positive presentation skills with customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel with excellent typing skills.
• Ability to create user guides, FAQs, and support documentation for customers.
