The role
Build and develop relationships with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors and other B2B clients across India.
Identify prospective clients, build a strong pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
Own client relationships from the first conversation through order closure and ongoing servicing.
Present collections and product offerings to prospective and existing clients.
Understand retailer requirements and bring market insights back to the design and business teams.
Follow up consistently and convert prospects into business.
Maintain client records, sales pipelines and follow-ups through CRM and Excel
Stay close to market trends, competitor activity and changing retailer preferences.
Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade events and industry opportunities as the business expands.

Who we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development; jewelry experience is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with confidence speaking to business owners and decision-makers
Curious about jewellery, design, fashion and luxury
Proactive, organised and able to work independently
An existing jewellery-trade network is a plus, but robust sales ability and the ambition to build a network are equally valued.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
